These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CreditCar website and the services provided by BMNC Limited trading as CreditCar ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

CreditCar acts as a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce customers to a panel of lenders who may be able to provide vehicle finance. We do not make lending decisions ourselves.

All finance agreements are between you and the lender. We may receive a commission or fee from lenders for introducing your application, but this does not affect the interest rate or terms you are offered.

3. Eligibility

To use our services and apply for finance, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over
• Be a UK resident with a valid UK address
• Hold a valid UK driving licence (in most cases)
• Have a regular source of income

Meeting these criteria does not guarantee approval. All finance applications are subject to status, affordability checks, and lender criteria.

4. Finance Applications

When you submit a finance application through our website, you authorise us to share your personal information with our panel of lenders for the purpose of assessing your application. This may include a soft credit search, which does not affect your credit score.

If a lender wishes to proceed, a full credit check may be carried out. This will be explained to you before it takes place and may leave a footprint on your credit file.

All information provided in your application must be accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being declined and could constitute fraud.

5. Vehicle Sales

Vehicles advertised on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, photographs, and specifications are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. Please verify all details before making a purchase decision.

All vehicles supplied by CreditCar undergo a pre-delivery inspection. Where applicable, vehicles are sold with a minimum of 6 months' MOT and a basic warranty, unless stated otherwise.

6. Part Exchange

We accept part exchange vehicles subject to inspection and valuation. Any valuation provided is based on the information you supply and is subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to revise a valuation if the vehicle's condition differs from what was described.

7. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Representative APR and example finance figures are for illustration only and may vary based on your individual circumstances. Written quotations are available on request.

8. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel a finance agreement within 14 days of signing. Please refer to your individual finance agreement for full details.
